Reverend Amy Carpenter

Reverend Amy Carpenter was called to pastor at Christ the King upon her ordination in January, 2019. A native of North Carolina, she is a second-career pastor who previously worked in the communications field as a writer and editor. Pastor Amy says the most rewarding aspect of her work is the unique opportunity she has been given to walk alongside God’s people, to share life with them, and to encourage and nurture them in their faith. She makes her home in Evans with her miniature dachshund, Henri.
